Welcome to MSNN!

As military families, we have so many stresses in our lives. From deployments, work-ups, and PCS moves, our lives are challenging. When you add an Exceptional Family Member (EFM) to the mix, it can be overwhelming. We often face:

  • Feelings of isolation and lack of proximate family support.
  • Difficulty navigating disjointed services.
  • Inadequate information, resources, and community support.
  • Difficulty locating physicians, specialists, and therapists.
  • Establishing eligibility for community resources.
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with medical and educational personnel, as well as relationships with friends and extended family.

Believe me - we know just how hard it is to navigate the difficult waters of special needs within the Military. We are right there with you! Click the blue bars below to read a little bit about our MSNN commitment and how we can help.

+ We Are Here To Help!

Welcome home! We focus on providing all aspects of Family Support for our EFM families around the globe who have a dependent with any medical and/or education need. We pride ourselves in making this community a friendly, safe environment for all EFM families, extended families, providers, friends, and fellow advocates.

+ Becoming a Member

Each person that is part of MSNN is greeted and cared for by one of our Executive Board members. Our personal contact information, including emails and telephone numbers are provided to each member, because we want you to know that we are here to help you – anytime – day or night.

Our forums are carefully moderated to make our community feel like home! We are a private website – that means, if you’re having a hard day, it’s OK to talk about it, without fear of judgment (or fear that your mother-in-law might read it). We are big, extended military families that have dependents with special needs. We are here to support each other. We are here to inspire, empower, unite, and educate each other. We try really hard to make this website a great place to hang out in!
